Fotos

I joined the Osaka University Photography Club today. All the capital letters probably aren't necessary, as it isn't such a big deal, being in this club. The club room, from what I saw, was a total mess, with blown out couches, a busted guitar, shelves filled to the brim with folders and magazines, a coffee table overflowing with random junk, pictures hanging by string from wall to wall, and pictures hanging on the walls themselves.

But it's awesome. I think it's the perfect environment to start expanding my interest in photography, as well as a good way to meet new people who share said interest. Unfortunately, I'm not too thrilled with how my new pictures turned out. Too much blur in some cases, not enough blur in others, and then there's my recurring inability to compose a straight horizontal line. I better stick to portraits, maybe.

We'll see how my 36 shots of black and white 1600 ISO will turn out. I'll be developing this one myself in the club's darkroom.
