I've missed out on TWO opportunities to see the pillows now. Possibly even three if their next scheduled tour begins that begins in January 29 really IS sold out. It's pretty frustrating to think about tonight's show in Namba, which I missed due to retardedness. It was probably the most awesome shit I'll never have the chance to ever experience, seeing as this three-stop tour's theme revolves around old, and thereby, better songs.
I don't know which is worse, finding about this too late, or never knowing about it at all. In any case, FUCK ME. Here I am wasting my fucking life lately watching bullshit movies, or re-watching episodes of Scrubs, just scratching my balls, being bored as shit most of the time, or horny and lonely. All the while this glorious opportunity existed and had I only possessed the foresight to plan ahead, I would have come home tonight a different man. A happier man. A man whose life had changed forever by bearing witness to the greatest miracle in music Japan has to offer.
But instead I sit here, wallowing, wondering what could have been. Metric burning in my ears, and empty unspoken promises blank my head with silent anticipation.
